How does our company do the quality test:
The final factory test of power fittings shall normally include the following aspects: Appearance inspection; Dimension inspection; Material testing; Functional testing; Performance testing and Pressure testing.
1. Appearance inspection is to check whether there are any dents and scratches on the external surface of electric power fittings, whether there are defects in assembly, connection and welding, which will affect the existence of sediments in the measurement process, whether the machined parts are complete, whether the handwriting is clear, whether the bolts and other parts and accessories required are in short supply.
2. Dimensional inspection means that Location, form and size of all electrical fittings and connecting parts and accessories shall be inspected.
3. The Galvanizing thickness test is to determine whether the galvanizing process of the products provided meets the galvanizing standard. The supplier shall be fully responsible for the correct use of the materials and the quality of the materials.
All these test values and the above performance parameters should be clearly marked in the formal inspection test report.
