1.These Horizontal Mounting Porcelain Line Post Insulators are used for flat surface mounting, having a mounting base for attaching to pole gains or bracket for mounting on concrete or steel poles and steel structures.They are rated from 25kV to 115kV.
2.They each are made up of a clamp ,a metal cap on the insulator head, a flat base, a insulator body and a stud.Clamps are for conductor sizes from 0.25″ to 2.70″. Gray color and brown color are available. Studs are also supplied according to requirement.
3.The ANSI standard No. for these Horizontal Mounting Porcelain Line Post Insulators are : 57-21,57-22,57-23,57-24,57-25 etc.

Horizontal clamp type line post assemblies for ratings 15 kV through 45 kV.
1.Clamp Top Porcelain Line Post Insulators are designed for upright mounting on cross arm or structures.They are made up of clamps , insulator body and studs and are rated from 25kV to 115kV,requiring a cantilever strength of 2800lB.
2.A metal cap, cemented to the outside of the insulator head,supports the trunion type clamp. There is a single cap screw at one end of the clamp with captive lock washers allowing easy,quick installation and removal of clamp.
3.Clamps for use with these insulators are for standard trunion type.Clamps for all conductor sizes from 0.25″ to 2.70″ in ferrous or aluminum.Gray glaze is standard for this Clamp Top Porcelain Line Post Insulators. Brown glaze is also offered when required.
4.The ANSI standard No for these Clamp top porcelain line post insulators are as follow: 57-11,57-12,57-13,57-14,57-15 etc.
